What we collect

If you subscribe, we collect the email address you provide. The site does not ask for your name, company, or payment details to read an episode.

To understand how the site is used, we store an anonymous visitor id in your browser and send page views, scroll depth, button clicks, and when you leave a page. On a case, we also record which chapters you reach, whether you get to the end, how long you actively read, which demos you try, and whether your quiz answers were right. That record includes the page path, referrer, any campaign tag in the link you followed (such as utm_source), your time zone, a coarse user-agent string, and a session id that refreshes after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not collect your name or IP address in this analytics.

When you subscribe, analytics records only that a signup happened. Your email address is kept separately and is not linked to what you read.

If you rate a case, we store your star rating (1–5) and an optional comment of up to 500 characters, tied only to that anonymous visitor id.

How we use it

If you leave an email, we use it only to tell you when a new episode is live on the site. We do not email the episode itself, and we do not sell or rent your address. Every notice includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics help us see which pages and chapters people finish, where they stop, and which calls to action they use. Ratings help us improve the cases. Aggregated rating averages may be shown on the episode page.

Analytics and hosting

Analytics and reviews are stored in our Supabase project. Hosting and service providers may also process basic technical information, such as browser type, requested pages, and IP address, to keep the site secure and reliable.

Data retention and deletion

You can ask us to remove your address at any time. Use the unsubscribe link or email hello@aankra.com.

You may unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion.
